We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver our digital strategy. You will work closely with the Comms & Marketing Director, Comms & Marketing Manager and Sales Teams in Soho, London.

The Digital Marketing Manager
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results, either within hospitality or in an agency with relevant clients.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, with hands-on experience using key platforms and tools (e.g. GA4, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush).
- This is a hands-on, wide-ranging position that calls for technical capability, creative insight and a strong command of data to inform decisions and drive performance.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimising SEO strategies to enhance brand visibility and support long-term acquisition.
- Skilled in CRM and email marketing, including segmentation, automation and journey optimisation.
- Have your own book of digital key opinion former contacts and a proven record of delivering influencer campaigns
- Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, with a curious mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised and proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that support growth.
- A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for the Harts Group family of brands.
- This is a Monday to Friday role, working from 09:30am till 06:00pm including one day WFH
- Evenings and Events presence required 2-3 times per month
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise the performance of all digital strategies across owned and paid media/channels - PPC, SEO, CRM, newsletters, social media and website.
- Provide clear insight and recommendations on digital performance to support a robust, ROI-focused digital strategy.
- Ensure all digital communications and activity adhere to GDPR, cookie regulations and recognised best practice.
- Refine and develop seamless guest journeys across all digital touchpoints to deliver an optimal experience that supports acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Full website management in liaison with our web developers, including landing page optimisation, UX improvement, content management, SEO strategy, and A/B conversion testing.
- Manage and optimise PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns to maximise efficiency and conversions.
- Report on and analyse paid media performance, tracking results and identifying opportunities to improve ROI across all channels.
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits and on-page optimisation.
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates, making proactive adjustments as needed.
- Lead CRM and email activity: manage segmentation, automate guest journeys and continually optimise communications.
- Feed into creative comms strategies using insights from audience data
- Always show respect, strong team ethic and empathy for your colleagues.
- Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome.

- Growth in traffic, reservations, engagement, conversions, and average spend per head.
- Regular, data-driven reporting that improves decision-making.
- Strong digital presence across all guest-facing platforms with a focus on seamless user experience
- Managing and developing your own strong list of digital key opinion formers in relevant spheres, who will drive awareness of our brands and conversions for our sites
